Directed editorial strategy, content, and user engagement for a portfolio of 13 online social networks targeting vertical professional communities ranging from PoliceLink.com (for law-enforcement officers) to WomenCo.com (for women in the workplace). Oversaw original and aggregated content, newsletters, and community interactions; established and oversaw all traffic and membership metrics; built a top-notch team of editors/producers, recruiting and hiring nine new employees; drove consistent site traffic growth, averaging 10% monthly; launched six new portals; developed a template-driven approach to site launches that proved successful and repeatable.
